Course Overview

WHO THE COURSE IS FOR

ICF-accredited coaches seeking Continuous Coach Education (CCE)
Executive and leadership coaches supporting clients through AI-driven transformation

DURATION AND COMMITMENT

40 hours over 12 weeks:

12 instructor-led online sessions, 2.5 hours each (30 hours in total), once a week
Inter-session assignments, journaling, and a final project (10 hours in total), to be completed during the same 12-week period

COURSE STRUCTURE

A three-part journey designed to equip coaches to support individuals, teams, and organizations:

Emotional Intelligence Fundamentals and Coaching Individual Self-Growth (Weeks 1-5): Finding purpose, enhancing self-awareness and emotional regulation, cultivating empathy, making ethical decisions, and building resilience
Developing Teams (Weeks 6-8): Building trust, fostering collaboration and innovation, recognizing human contributions, inspiring high performance
Transforming Organizations (Weeks 9-12): Developing and implementing human-centered corporate strategies, facilitating cultural change, coaching through systemic transformation

COURSE APPROACH

A dynamic blend of theories, reflective exercises, and peer coaching practices, led by faculty with deep experience in corporate transformation, emotional intelligence, and ICF Core Competencies

COURSE DATES AND TIMES

Registration is full for our current cohort that started on 30 September 2025
Registration is open for our new cohort, which will take place from 13 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 (12 weekly sessions in total)
For this cohort, we offer two time slots - 9:00-11:30am CET and 4:00-6:30pm CET (CET=Central European Time) - on every session day to cater to participants in different time zones. You will indicate your chosen time slot at registration
You are expected to stay in the same time slot throughout the course, so that we can better manage quorum and your learning experience
